Mission

In 2007 Warren Samberg purchased a Victorian student rental house one block from the University of Michigan Campus with the intention of building an addition as the first LEED student housing project in Ann Arbor. This project would launch an architecture and development company focused on a community minded approach to sustainable building.
Warren Samberg has an extensive background in architecture with projects ranging from single family homes to university recreation centers. He is a licensed architect in Michigan and North Carolina and is a LEED accredited professional. His skills as an architect in combination with a strong sensibility for place making have created the foundation to establish a career rooted in design and development.
The company strives:
1. To create projects embraced by the community as sustainable examples for both the occupants and the surrounding environment.
2. To both listen and educate in order to develop projects that successfully integrate the needs of the user within the constraints of budget and local ordinance.
3. To involve and inspire every member of the team in open communication with the common goal of achieving a carefully detailed final project.
